Office 365 is accessible anywhere, anytime. Microsoft Office is standard on all KU-owned workstations for faculty and staff. It includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. This includes the latest versions of for instance Word, Excel and PowerPoint on up to 5 computers and 5 mobile devices. Microsoft Outlook is the email solution provided by the University of Florida, and with Outlook you can communicate with others, send meeting invitations, or organize your calendar and set reminders for important events. Microsoft Office is an office suite of desktop applications, servers and services for the Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems. Follow Microsoft's setup instructions to download and set up the app(s) you require from the appropriate App Store. With your UvAnetID you are able to download and install the various apps Office has to offer.Installing Office apps on Android and iOS devices When opening an app, you may be asked to sign in with your University Office 365 account using your uun in the following format: " (without the quotation marks).Choose 'Install Office' and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install Microsoft Office on your computer.Installing Microsoft Office on personal computers (Windows or Mac) The subscription is only available for active staff and students, but not visitors or alumni. Please, do not install this Office software on University-managed computers as this may cause existing deployed ones to no longer function correctly.Įntitlement to Microsoft Office software via the University Office 365 subscription is separate to any previous offer or purchases of Microsoft Office you may have. As part of the University's Office 365 subscription, all staff and students are entitled to install and activate up to 5 copies of Microsoft Office software on personal computers or mobile devices for as long as they remain members of the University.
